History: The origins of the tenement at Nowy Świat 50, called the Józef Willert’s house, date back to the first half of the 19th century. In 1914, it was built to resemble a present-day tenement house, and in 1926 it was incorporated into the famous Warsaw cinema Casino operating until 1944, when it was bombed during the Warsaw Uprising. The only remaining part the tenement house is the front wall. The building was restored in 1948. In 2018, the tenement underwent a thorough renovation to serve the purposes of our hotel. Throughout the next year, we meticulously shaped 15 rooms furnished with bespoke pieces and with handpicked accessories. Location: Our boutique Hotel at Nowy Świat 50, that is part of the Royal Route leading from Wilanów to Warsaw’s Old Town, is the best spot to explore the city or to enjoy a weekend party. You can reach the University of Warsaw, the Fryderyk Chopin Museum, the Presidential Palace, or enjoy a stroll in the famous Krakowskie Przedmieście and get to the Old Town within a few minutes’ walk.
